The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a lovely area, really close to all the attractions of Nags Head and the rest of the Outer Banks and the restaurants and the United States. The staff was courteous, personable, and everything was great. The location was great, within walking distance of Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse.

Nothing it is perfect.

The room was reasonably large and with champagne and comfortable beds, as example, had everything I needed.

Booked a double room, that was provided with a walk in shower, chocolate covered strawberries plus the bathroom. Having a spa bathtub, terry bath robes, and towels was a bonus.

Food options are excellent. The rooms are spotless and huge with a walk in shower as well as coffee.

A huge variety of options for breakfast in the terrace. Location short walk to the sweet town of Manteo, all the attractions of Nags Head, and Roanoke Island.

We didn't want to say goodbye, can't recommend it highly enough. Truly enjoyed our stay in this well-kept and great looking hotel with the fantastically friendly staff. The stay was relaxing because of the unbeatable location of the property.

Had a great Xmas stay at a charming inn with friendly staff. The breakfasts were fantastic, with a variety of homemade treats that were always delicious. The location couldn't have been better, walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants as well as the waterfront. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our stay.

While the inn had some lovely common areas, it could get a bit crowded during peak times. we encountered some noise from other guests during our stay.

Disappointing room with outdated decor and lack of cleanliness. Uncomfortable bed and pillows that were too soft.

our stay at the bed & breakfast in manteo was even better this time! the innkeepers were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. the breakfasts were outstanding and the location was perfect, with great restaurants and plenty to do nearby. everything exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back.

One small issue with the amenities.

Staying at this B&B was an excellent choice for exploring the downtown area. The location was perfect for walking to nearby shops and being right on the waterfront. the rooms were elegant and comfortable, with excellent attention to detail, making them a perfect retreat at the end of the day. Breakfast was a lovely experience and delicious, with four courses, charcuterie boards, a great selection of wines, and homemade ice cream sandwiches.

The hotel didn't have a gym, which could have been more convenient for guests who wanted to stay in shape during their stay.
